| | Applications PHASA offers endless opportunities and ways for assembly and retention of plastic components. Our business centres mainly around the automotive, electrical and white goods Industries as is shown below. We are however often amazed (but never surprised) by the complex and varied applications presented to us, we always relish in the challenge of working with you our customer to provide a timely, well suited and cost effective solution to any thermoplastic assembly problem. | |
| Automotive The list is endless from under bonnet, dash, interior and exterior there are very few areas of a vehicle we have not at sometime worked on. The PHASA Process is increasingly gaining converts for Interior trim applications as not only is the assembly secure, repeatable and rattle free but the control built into the process eliminates any possibility of "A" face marking and "total processing minimises parts handling. Additional to the Phasa process our standard range of machines can incorporate as required, sensing, bar code reading, cropping, marking, and hole punching. | | Jaguar X type Door finisher / parcel shelf & interior light Assemblies using PHASA Process | Electrical Every type application from computers, switches, PCB's, mobile phones, and contact wipers have over the years passed through our design centre and workshops. This sympathetic process is particularly suited where a delicate, tight and controlled method of assembly is needed. In PCB applications with a motherboard having anything up to 200 staking points the PHASA process is not only cost effective but allows all the components to be assembled in one pass saving time. | |
A selection of Electrical Items assembled with Phasa Equipment | Miscellaneous The list of applications is endless; Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals, Security, Robotics, Domestic White and Brown goods. All have benefited by using the PHASA process in improved quality, time and reduced cost of assembly. | |
