5th April 2007 Harlow Essex England – It was announced today that a Management Buy Out Team comprising of Terry Elvidge , Dietmar Schafer (Germany) and Tony Woods purchased the Trading name and assets of the Phasa Developments business from its parent US owned Truck-Lite Europe Ltd to trade under the new name of Phasa Limited.
