Focused exclusively on the Design and Manufacture of equipment and tooling for the joining of plastic components'  Phasa machines, utilising their "non-contact hot-air-process" for Plastic Assembly are now used worldwide  by Industries' leading manufacturers, wherever and whenever optimum integrity and volume production are required.

Formed in 1985 Phasa has led the development of the hot air plastic joining  process, which has become the accepted and preferred method of  plastic assembly and is established as the benchmark throughout the world for other methods to attain such as Ultrasonic, heat staking and pulse stake.

By supplying from a standard range of proven machines and designing the dedicated tooling to suit a customers' specific requirement, the product can be brought to market in a timely manner.

Our manufacturing and design centre is based in Newmarket, England with additional sales and support agents throughout the world. The philosophy is to develop long term working partnerships with all our customers and meet or exceed their individual needs and expectations from us.
