| PHASA
manufactures a range of standard machines with tooling for most
applications. Built with a flexibility for quick tool changes it is
possible to include additional functions as standard or a later
up-grade for - sensing (optical / colour and inductive), part shearing,
hole punching, circuit testing and bar code reading.
Custom built machines can be tailored to
individual requirements (size - flow line etc.) but always standard
process and electrical parts are used wherever possible allowing
ease of spare part supply and for reliable technical support.

The
Phasa 10/30 offers simultaneous processing of single to over 50
individual
points within an area 100mm x 300mm. Ideal for small
precision
assemblies / safety critical parts. |
 |
This
the
work horse within the range the Phasa 20/40 provides a
working
area of 200mm x 400mm and is capable of
processing
up
to 200 points in a single cycle. |
 |
Used
for longer narrow parts and particularly with the Automotive Industry.
The Phasa 20/40E provides a working area up to 200mm
x 800mm as standard
but larger parts may also be accommodated. |
 |
The
Phasa 40/40 provides a working area of 400mm
x 400mm
and
is used extensively within the electronics and
computer
Industries. |
 |
The
Phasa 40/40I is similar to the standard 40/40 but
allows
for the product to be loaded with the "B" face down for
processing to take place from beneath. This is particularly advantageous
where there is a concern over potential nest
marking
on the "A" face |
 |
The
Phasa 40/80 provides a working area of 400mm
x 800mm
and
is used mainly on larger Automotive Interior trim applications. |
 |
The
Phasa 40/80R like the 40/80 is used in larger
applications but
with
its' rotary operation is often used in conjunction with automatic
load/unload
facilities offering a faster finished product throughput. |
 |
Custom
built machines are tailored to individual requirements,
or
processing units can be supplied separately for incorporation
within
a customers own flow line cell. |
 |
Recently
introduced the "New Phasa Point" patent
system
allows
for staking in a one station heating and forming unit.
Ideal
as a stand alone unit or for fitting to a Robotic head/
rotary
table installation.
